Mongolian Tugrik

The Mongolian Tugrik (MNT) is the official currency of Mongolia, introduced in 1925. It is designated by the ISO 4217 code MNT and is commonly denoted as ₮. The issuance and management of the currency are the responsibility of the Bank of Mongolia. Currently circulating Mongolian Tugrik banknotes include denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10,000, and 20,000 Tugrik, along with coins of 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 Tugrik.
