Currently, circulating Vietnamese Dong banknotes include denominations of 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, and 500,000 Dong, along with coins in denominations of 200, 500, 1000, 2000, and 5000 Dong. Although the Vietnamese Dong is not a mainstream trading currency, Vietnam has consistently been a popular travel destination for Hong Kong. The majority of local money changers facilitate the buying and selling of Vietnamese Dong.
