Israeli Shekel

The Israeli Shekel is the offical currency of Israel, introduced in 1986. Its ISO 4217 code is ILS. The issuance and management of the Israeli Shekel are overseen by the Bank of Israel. Currently, there are banknotes in denominations of 20, 50, 100, and 200 New Shekels. Additionally, there are coins in values of 1, 2, 5, and 10 New Shekels. According to Passto's statistics, there are approximately six currency exchange shops across Hong Kong where you can buy and sell Israeli Shekels.
