The Polish Złoty (PLN) is the official currency of Poland, introduced in 1995. It is identified by the ISO 4217 code PLN and is commonly represented by the symbol zł. The issuance and management of the Polish Złoty are overseen by the National Bank of Poland. Currently, circulating banknotes include denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 Złoty, along with coins of 1, 2, and 5 Złoty. Local currency exchange shops in Hong Kong currently do not support the buying and selling of Polish Złoty. Exchange services for Polish Złoty are only available at the Travelex airport branch and can be arranged by appointment.
