The Bolivian Boliviano (BOB) is the official currency of Bolivia, and it has been in circulation since 1987. It is represented by the ISO 4217 code BOB, and its symbols include Bs or Bs. The issuance and management of the Bolivian Boliviano are the responsibility of the Central Bank of Bolivia. Currently, there are banknotes in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 Bolivianos, along with coins in values of 10 cents, 20 cents, 1, 2, and 5 Bolivianos.
