Kazakhstan tenge

The Kazakhstani Tenge is the offical currency of Kazakhstan, with issuance starting in 1993. Its ISO 4217 code is KZT, typically represented by the symbol ₸. The National Bank of Kazakhstan is responsible for issuing and managing the Tenge. The currency is subdivided into Tiyin, with 1 Tenge equal to 100 Tiyin. Currently, there are banknotes in denominations of 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 20,000 Tenge, along with coins in values of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 Tenge.
